Family Leave Calculator
The Family Leave Calculator allows you to enter the Estimated Due Date (EDD) for a pregnant employee, and to quickly calculate when that employee must start their family leave. It allows you to quickly calculate the leave dates and types to enter into eduPay for common scenarios.
Part Day Calculator
The Part Day Calculator allows you to quickly test schedules for an employee (start/end times & break times) to ensure they are the correct FTE, and that their schedule is in line with the expectations of the VGSA 2017. It also allows you to quickly calculate the absence hours (for an eduPay leave request) for an employee on that schedule leaving early or arriving late.
